Criminal record |
To release the criminal record the following documents are required:
- application type written legibly in capital letters
- identity card or passport - after the case
- birth certificate(when the passport is presented)
- fiscal stamp of 1 RON
The request is made personally or by certified attorney. Liberation is done after the presentation of the identification act within:
- 3 days - pentru cererile la care s-a platit taxa de urgenta de 5 RON
- 7 days - for the people born in the county
- 30 days - for people born in other counties, in the case of applications submitted under normal circumstances
