In Diosig commune there is social diversity determined by the existence of 3 representative nationalities which are: Romanian, Hungarian and Roma, but also determined by religious diversity, in this  sense  existing 2 Orthodox churches, one Protestant church, a Catholic one, a Baptist church and a Pentecostal one. The most common religion here is the Protestant one. There is an increase in emigration, especially among the youth, most of them choosing to go abroad and look for work.
