Cultural Objectives
Culture defines the complex of distinct elements from a spiritual, material, intellectual and emotional point of view, witch describes o society or a social group. The culture includes not only art but literature as well as the communities way of life, the fundamental human rights the values systems, the traditions and the beliefs.
Romania has a rich cultural portfolio, extremely diversified, witch makes the object of the main politics and cultural strategies at the level of the country. As a long term social growing factor the culture gains, in the context of durable development, multiple functions and implications:
Culture as a barometer for the life quality-any evaluation of the quality of the individual, collectivity and society life, in it’s whole, must take in consideration the aspects of cultural nature.
Culture as a way of life of individuals and communities- aspect that are used by the cultural life represent the expression of individual, group, regional and last but not least national identity and they give the measure of spiritual diversity and the human and intellectual values from Romania.
Culture as a changing factor of the human personality – the promotion of cultural of national objectives has an important role in the education and intellectual training of the people. At the same time trough culture we help integrating the under privileged communities, diminishes their distance to the rest of the society.
