The PAPI Luncavița team is working on documentation for two new projects to be submitted for financing to the Administration of the National Cultural Fund (ANCF), which involve buying instruments and folkloric outfits for the ensemble „Ghiocelul” („The Snowdrop”) and the local musical ensemble.
”The two projects are very large scale, their maximum total value being 140,000 Lei, but they are essential from our point of view, because it could boost many local cultural activities. We have been trying to find sources of financed for a long time now”, the RECL manager says.
