The RECL manager in Prundeni, Marian Florea, who is also a public administrator at the Prundeni City Hall, had the initiative of organising professional training classe and informing local citizens so that they have more chances of finding jobs.
The measures proposed aim to contribute towards the general aim of SOP HRD – Developing Human Capital and increase competitiveness by correlating education and lifelong learning with the job market, as well as ensuring increasing opportunities for future participation on an inclusive and flexible job market, according to the project written by manager Marian Florea. Two of the projects aiming to correlate education with the job market that were implemented exclusively through PAPI refer to an after-school system and organising professional training classes.
