Community: Cristeşti
Cristești commune, documentary certified in 1427, is part of the administrative territory of Iași County, extending on 5.340 hectares, out of which 2.934 hectares of agricultural soil and 1.841 hectares of forest. The maximum altitude is 412 m in the place named Bursucarie. The commune's relief, mainly formed by plain areas alongside Moldova river, on the left side, by hills with smooth slopes and plateaus favorable for agriculture, is passed by Moldova rive and five brooks.
Cristești neighbors are: to the North Tătăruși commune, to the East Valea Seaca commune, to teh South Moțca commune and to the West Neamț and Suceava counties.
