Training program for using computer and communications technology (ICT) with implementation in the school and business communities in EBC

The management unit of the Project "Knowledge-based Economy", the Ministry of Communications and Information Society, manage during 15 March - 15 June 2009 the program of training in the use of computer and information and communications technology (ICT) to implement in schools and business, for 20 persons from the 255 local communities participating in the project. The training goal for computer use addressed to the community members are improving needed basic skills in order to access information and knowledge through the electronic network of local community (report) and electronic services developed by the project. Investing in human resources and ICT skills of local communities is a strategic development plan in your community. All training costs are supported financially by the project "Knowledge-based Economy".

The training program will help the 255 communities involved in the project to accumulate an adequate level of ITC skills as a specifically tool for the benefit of local knowledge capital. The training community services create and develop a critical mass of empowered people in ITC field, able to access specific business challenges, in order to deliver added value to the basic services of RECL and common use with other members of the community modern tools of knowledge.

Training in ICT will be held locally and will be completed by graduates acquisition of a certificate issued by official NATB (National Council for Vocational Training of Adults) and recognized by the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation and Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection. Selection of participants in the training will be made in several stages, of which the first stage consists in selecting participants in training by a local selection committee. The entire selection process takes place in compliance with the terms of methodology that describes the conditions of eligibility of participants, stages and the selection criteria and include all forms of selection.
